Is my image uploaded?
No. The QR code is decoded in your browser — your image never leaves your device.
What can it read?
It classifies plain text, web links, Wi-Fi settings, email, phone, SMS, location, vCard, calendar and authenticator payloads from an uploaded image or live camera.
Does it open scanned links automatically?
Never. Web links show their protocol and domain first. HTTP and punycode domains are highlighted as possible phishing risks, and opening always requires the explicit Open link button.
Why did it say no QR found?
Make sure the QR code is clear and not too small or blurry in the image. For camera mode, hold steady and fill the frame with the code.
Can I export a scan log?
Yes. Successful decodes are kept only in this page’s session memory. You can copy the log or download it as CSV; it is not saved to local storage.
